FAQ;
Q: If I want to attend a "border college" in GA that offers in-state tuition to SC residents, am I eligible for these SC scholarships?
A: No, these scholarships may ONLY be used at institutions within the state of South Carolina. If you are looking at attending a "border college," I encourage you to speak with their admissions office to let them know that you would be turning down state scholarship money to attend. Sometimes, these colleges can offer alternative scholarships in place of state scholarship money.
